Scout Speer

Raised on the Tennessee–Alabama line, Scout Speer discovered her love of music through her grandaddy’s guitar playing and the country songs that filled her childhood home. At eight years old, she learned to play after her grandaddy promised to pass down the family guitar—an instrument that became a lasting connection to her family and musical roots.

Scout initially followed another passion, becoming a successful soccer player, winning a state championship and continuing the sport through college. But music remained her true calling. She eventually stepped away from athletics to pursue country music, bringing the same drive and determination that defined her years on the field.

Blending modern country attitude with vivid storytelling, heartfelt lyrics and a distinctly warm vocal tone, Scout has quickly emerged as an exciting new artist and songwriter. Her growing catalog includes her self-titled EP and singles such as “F-250,” “Strangers,” “That’d Be Crazy,” “Bet It Gets Better” and “Buy U a Drank.” In 2026, she signed a global publishing agreement with Sony Music Publishing Nashville in partnership with hit songwriter Dan Isbell, marking another major step in her rising career.
